A website that earns its keep.
I build small business sites from scratch — no templates you've seen a hundred times, no page builder for you to wrestle with. We agree what the site needs to do, and I write, design and build it around that.
What's included
Layout, colour and type chosen for your trade — and help writing the copy so the pages actually say something.
Fast pages, sensible page titles, Google Business listing sorted, and a sitemap submitted on launch.
Most of your customers arrive on a phone, so that's the size I design first — tap-to-call included.
Contact and quote forms that land in your inbox, with spam kept out and nothing to check elsewhere.
Registered in your name, with proper business email on your own domain instead of a Gmail address.
A walk-through of anything you want to edit yourself — or leave it with me and just say the word when it changes.
Common questions
Get in touch if yours isn't here — it's a quicker answer than reading.
As many as the business needs. A tradesperson usually wants five or six; a charity often wants more. The quote is based on the pages we agree, not a package.
Yes, if you want to — I'll show you how. Most clients would rather send me the new opening hours, which is also fine and included.
No. I'll build the site and hand it over. Nearly everyone takes the hosting because it means one person to deal with, but it isn't a condition.
I'll use good stock where it fits and tell you honestly where a real photo would do more. I can arrange a local photographer if you want one.
